Testimonials
The first thing that attracted us to FoxBuilt was that they were very open to working with ideas that other builders had told us were impossible to do. We wanted a particular L-shaped staircase that noone would build. When we asked the Fox family about it, they said, ‘we’ll do it.’ They always did their best to meet our needs. They really made an effort to get to know our tastes. Eventually they began making suggestions letting us know things they thought we’d like, and they were right! The Fox family was good at working through problems and fantastic at working out a payment plan for us. Paul and Steve were awesome. They are a great group of guys - professional, hardworking, and always dressed in FoxBuilt attire. They are fun guys, yet always super polite. And they were always there. They came day in and day out. One Sunday we came over and even found John’s wife Lisa helping John install tile! One of our favorite parts of the house is the master suite. We spend a good deal of time up there. It’s nice to have our own place. Our son loves the whirlpool tub, I think he’s actually used it more that we have. The Fox family is attentive to detail. John always says they want to put the value of the house inside the house. In fact, things that were upgrades in most of the houses we looked at were standard for FoxBuilt! They thought about the small things and communicated to us things we wouldn’t even have known about. Definitely falls in line with their slogan - “whatever it takes.” The house is an absolutely good fit for us and we’re very proud of it. We almost feel like you would have to see it to believe it. We just want to tell everyone about the house and invite them all in to show them around. We would definitely call on the Fox family to do more work. - The Lavia family

The thing that really stood out to us about the Fox family was their excellent workmanship and the ease of working with them. They do a lot of the work themselves and use good quality materials. A lot of places offer a basic big tub in the master bathroom, but with the Fox family the whirlpool tub was what you got...it wasn’t an upgrade. We got a lot of house for what we paid. We love the house. People can’t believe how big it is when they come in. A lot of our friends like the open layout, and comment on little touches throughout the house that the Fox family included. They were detailed and meticulous. We don’t ever look around and wish things were different. Although it was half completed when we first saw it, we loved it and loved the color selections that had already been made. They had excellent customer service. Working with the Fox family was very easy. We never had any problems communicating or having phone calls returned - they were always there.. Anything we asked for, they were willing to do and never gave us a bad attitude. They were very accommodating and we never had a single issue with any subcontractor. Also, the price remained steadfast. They made every effort to meet our scheduling needs with moving, starting a new job, and our kids’ beginning a new school. They were done on time! Even after the house was done they were willing to come back and accommodate the extras that we wanted. The Fox family gives the impression that they want to do the best job they can do. They are not the type to just slap something together. We were definitely pleased with them and would recommend them to anybody. It’s home, and it feels like home. We’ll always be grateful to them. - The Naccarato family

We needed to turn my parents’ former home into an extension of our candle store. We needed a new mantle over our fireplace, two days later they installed one they had custom made for it. Most other builders would not have taken the time to do that. They’re very good people. FoxBuilt gave us a really good price, too. They were always very clear. They warned us up front about things and stayed on top of things. They were even able to keep us under budget. The Fox family has really good people. We thought they had a great crew and that their employees were personable. Because we were running the business during the building process, they even staged the construction so that we would be protected as much as possible. There was no swearing on the job, which was so nice because of our customers being around. We never worried about them taking anything. Knowing John and Steve, we trusted them not to take advantage of us. If we were to think of two words to describe FoxBuilt, they would be ‘trustworthy’ and ‘capable’. You can trust their word. They are the kind of people who are transparent...you know they are real. You can trust the Fox family to get the job done and to use quality materials. They are capable in handling all parts of the job, including the estimate, the engineering, and the design. You can trust them in all aspects. - The Brown family

Being a military man myself, I’d say that the Fox family goes above and beyond the call of duty. |
Foxbuilt is awesome! My first impression of them was that they seemed to be very serious and professional, yet friendly and pleasant to talk to. I quickly realized they are family oriented. We spent some time with them and they are very kind people - there is a warmth about them. The Fox family seemed very concerned, not just with selling the house but with our welfare in settling in. They touched up on things in the house that we did not even realize needed to be done and they gave us tips on ways to avoid future problems. The Fox family is reliable and always available. If there is a problem, they are on it! They respond quickly. I remember one time we called John from our son’s school about some papers that we needed. His response was, ‘I’ll meet you there in a few minutes.’ A few minutes later, he showed up, papers in hand! They are very flexible. Whatever we wanted done, the Fox family was willing to do. Being a military man myself, I’d say that the Fox family goes above and beyond the call of duty. They don’t just want to put together anything, they’re looking to give you the highest quality house and the greatest service for the best price. They have their own unique touch, a personal touch, and they do quality work. For example, they use a lot of hardwood in their homes as opposed to carpet. And they’ll use ceramic tile instead of vinyl. We love the wide doorways, spacious closets, and huge shower in the master bathroom. Their homes are very spacious and the cabinetry they use is top of the line as well. In my opinion, out of all the houses in this area, FoxBuilt’s houses are number one. Once we saw this house, we didn’t want to see any others. This won’t be the last house we buy from the Fox family. - The Harris family |
